be followed.
Level of ground floor will be above 1988 / 1998 flood level. Surrounding buildings & road level will also be taken
into consideration.
For concrete works to give crushing strength not less than 3000 psi (cyl. test) at 28 days depending on concrete
ratio & design.
Foundation, column and beams structures casting will be done by stone chips with 100%
Sylhet sand and 60 grade deformed bar and others are of best quality brick chips.
Non-load bearing (partition walls) with 1st class gas burnt bricks for exterior of 5 inch and interior of 5 inch wall
Provide damp proof course.
All electric wiring, plumbing and sanitary piping will be concealed and tested for leaks.
