Maintanance :


Bastu Pronayon Developments Ltd offers exceptional maintenance services to its associates. Our regular Warranty Period for the projects is one year from the date of handing over possession of the apartments to the Flatowner/landowner. During the warranty period, any defect, which will be observed, is rectified by us. Even after this period, Bastu Pronayon Developments Ltd would extend its service on cost for the completed projects.


Apartment Layouts :


The total layout has been thoughtfully arranged to maximize advantages, specially in relation to the daylight from all sides and cross- ventilation throughout. Spreading the layout from end to end. The master has emphasized privacy and second bedrooms have been located away from the guest. All rooms can take advantage of both the winter sunlight and cool summer breeze.


Legal Services :


Our legal department is obliged to ensure the authenticity of the land before taking up any project. During the construction period, we abide by all legitimate procedures to avoid any later hassles that can damage our organization’s reputation or our valued client's peace.


The registration of the apartments is done right on time through proper procedures and at a minimum service charge. We provide valid documents and receipts to our clients as Bastu Pronayon Developments Ltd of transparency.


Moreover, we also help the client or landowner with regular legal services like modification, amendments, certification, attestation, payment of dues etc.


Home Loan:


We help all our clients to avail loan from the reputed housing financers of Bangladesh. With special MOU, we have a very good corporate relationship with the financers only to help our valued clients to smoothly process their applications.
