K.M.Abdul Hai

A law graduate from Dhaka University, Mr. K. M. Abdul Hai is a former Director (1972-1993) of Bata Shoe Co. (Bangladesh) Limited, a company within the world-renowned multinational Bata Shoe Organization (BSO). He has to his credit of 30 years' experience in company management with Bata in many areas of the its operations including corporate affairs and project implementation. He was one of the twenty-one senior executives in 1979 and in 1984 under international executive development programme selected from nearly 80 Bata companies around the world to attend the BSO top level management course called “ADVANCO” at Bata International Centre, Toronto and also the Business Faculties of McMaster University, Waterloo University and Seneca College, Canada. He was involved in the implementation of Bata's Tannery and Leather Footwear Project set up in Dhamrai (Dhaka) in collaboration with IFC of the World Bank including change of the corporate structure of the company from private to public.

Engineer Manirul Haque

Graduated from BUET in Civil Engineering in 1987 and got a Diploma in Concrete Technology and Engineering from WCCT (WORLD CENTRE FOR CONCRETE TECHNOLOGY), Detroit, USA. Worked as Chief Engineer in Akij Group, Quality Control Engineer of Concord Group, Project Manager of BEXIMCO Engineering, where he was in charge of Beximco Industrial Park on 300 Acres of land and Jamuna Bridge Railway Link Project. Project Manager of ZIA Airport Boarding Bridge, Project Engineer of Sena Kalyan Sangstha for construction of Jetty at Mongla Port. Worked in Libya under Siemens, ABB Germany, WAHA Oil Company and ELPO, Yougoslavia.

Architect K.M. Mahfuzul Huq Zaglul

Graduated from BUET in 1988. Since then has been involved in various residential & commercial building projects such as 22-storied UDAY TOWER, UDAY GREEN with 48 apartments, AL-BARAKA TOWER (re-design) with 96 apartments, KDS Group corporate head office, SGS office, Metro group corporate head office, Aristocrat Restaurant, Hotel Long Beach (4-star hotel complex at Coxs Bazar), Meghna Bridge Toll Plaza project, a number of apartment projects in Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi & Uttara. Selected as the Chief Architect for Dhaka City Beautification Project, Airport Road Beautification Project, Sylhet Shurma River Side Beautification Project. Received National Award for Dhaka City Beautification Project-2006 from the Government of Bangladesh. Also worked as the architectural consultant for Prime Minister's Secretariat, CSD (Bangladesh Army), Dhaka WASA, Singer (Bangladesh), SGS (Bangladesh), Japan International Co-operation Agency (JICA), ALKATEL (France), IFIC Bank, BASIC Bank, Oriental Bank, Standard Bank, Dhaka Bank, Federal lnsurance, Green Delta Insurance, Provati lnsurance, Asia Insurance, Delta Life Insurance, Golden Life Insurance, Pragati Insurance, Continental Insurance, Janata Insurance, Alam Group, Basundhara Group, Khansons Group, Desh Garments, Kai Aluminium, Fu Wang Group, Rangs Group, Olympic Cement. So far has been associated with more than 100 Architectural projects.

Since then involved in Designing & Supervision of various residential & commercial buildings such as 22- storied UDAY TOWER, UDAY GREEN with 48 apartments, AL-BARAKA TOWER with 96 apartments and a number of apartments in Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi , Uttara & other important locations of Dhaka City.

Graduated from K. U. in 1997. Since then involved in various residential & commercial building projects like 9-storied Commercial Building Rampura, Dhaka, Al-Baraka Tower at Katabon, Dhaka with 96 apartments, a number of apartment projects in Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi,Uttara and other areas. Also completed a good number of various types of large scale Bangladesh Government's Building projects.
